Welcome to the Raven Portal (Attorney Vendor Portal) user guide. This documentation helps attorneys, paralegals, vendor staff, and administrators accomplish everyday tasks in the portal.
What is Raven Portal?
Raven Portal is a web application for managing legal cases, hearings, client intake, settlement offers, approvals, and internal workflows. It connects attorneys, vendor partners, and Higbee & Associates staff in one shared workspace.

Quick links by role
- Organization Admin — Full Higbee org access including HATS configuration, user management, and approvals
- Organization User — Day-to-day case work, intake, CTC, tasks, and hearings
- Vendor Admin — Manage users and email templates for your vendor
- Vendor User — View and work on cases for your vendor
- Attorney User — Assignment-scoped attorney access (limited CTC access)
- Case User (Client User) — Client-facing access to assigned cases
