Account Settings

Manage your profile information and change your password from the Account Settings page.

Open Account Settings

  1. Click your name in the header (top right).
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown.
  3. You are taken to /settings.

View your account information

The settings page displays read-only fields:

EmailYour login email address
RoleYour primary portal role or vendor access role

These values are managed by administrators. Contact your admin if your name or role is incorrect.

Change your password

  1. Scroll to the Change password section.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters).
  4. Enter the new password again in Confirm password.
  5. Click Change password.

On success, a confirmation message appears and the form clears. Use your new password the next time you sign in.

Password tips

  • Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do not reuse passwords from other sites.
  • If you forgot your current password, sign out and use Forgot password instead.

Theme preference

Use the theme toggle in the header (sun/moon icon) to switch between:

  • Light
  • Dark
  • System (follows your device preference)

Your choice is saved in the browser.

Microsoft 365 connection

If your organization uses integrated email and calendar, you connect Microsoft 365 from Account Settings or the Emails/Calendar pages when prompted. See Microsoft 365.
