Logging In
This guide covers signing in, completing registration, resetting your password, and verifying your email.
Sign in
- Open the Raven Portal URL provided by your organization.
- You are redirected to the Login page if you are not already signed in.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Optionally check Remember me to save your email address on this device.
- Click Sign in.
After a successful login, you are taken to the Cases page (or your last destination).
Email verification required
If your email has not been verified, the login page shows a verification notice instead of signing you in.
- Check your inbox for the verification email.
- Click the link in the email, or use Resend verification email on the login page.
- Wait for the cooldown timer if resend is temporarily disabled.
- Try signing in again after verifying.
Complete registration (invitation)
New users receive an invitation email with a registration link.
- Click the invitation link (or open
/registrationwith your token). - The portal verifies your invitation token automatically.
- Enter your name and choose a password (minimum 8 characters).
- Confirm your password and submit.
- Verify your email if prompted, then sign in.
tip
Invitation links expire. If yours has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invitation from the Users page.
Forgot password
- On the login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Submit the form. You receive a password reset email if the account exists.
- Click the link in the email to open the Reset password page.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then submit.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Sign out
- Click your name in the header (top right).
- Select Log out from the dropdown menu.
You are returned to the login page. Your session and cached data are cleared.
Common login issues
| Problem | What to try |

| Invalid email or password | Confirm caps lock; use Forgot password if needed |
| Email not verified | Resend verification from the login page |
| Session expired (401) | Sign in again; you may have been logged out automatically |
| Service unavailable | The backend may be down; wait and retry, or contact support |
