Settings submenu

When you have admin access, Settings expands to show:

  • Email Templates
  • Users
  • Attorneys
  • Procedures, Labels & lists, Automations (org admins only)

Click Settings to expand or collapse the submenu.

Collapse the sidebar (desktop)

On large screens, click the panel toggle at the top of the sidebar to collapse it to icons only. Your preference is saved in the browser.

Mobile navigation

On phones and tablets, tap the menu icon in the header to open the sidebar as an overlay. Tap a link to navigate; the menu closes automatically.

The header contains:

  • Menu button (mobile) — Opens the sidebar
  • Theme toggle — Switch between light, dark, and system theme
  • Feedback — Open the feedback dialog
  • Account menu — Your name, link to Account Settings, and Log out

Account Settings is only in the header menu, not in the sidebar.

User Guide download

If enabled for your organization, a User Guide button appears in the sidebar. Click it to download the PDF user guide.

Case detail, hearing detail, and approval detail pages include a back link or breadcrumb to return to the list you came from.

Tasks badge

If you have access to Tasks, the sidebar shows a badge with your active task count (or 99+ if you have many). A red badge indicates pending work; gray indicates zero active tasks.

Restricted access

If you open a page you cannot access, you see a Restricted access message instead of the page content. Navigate to another section or contact your administrator to request access.
