Portal Overview
Raven Portal is accessed through a web browser. After you sign in, you land in the main dashboard layout with a sidebar on the left and your account menu in the header.
Main areas of the portal
Cases
The Cases page is the primary workspace for most users. From here you can:
- Search and filter cases
- Open case detail with tabs for notes, files, hearings, assignments, and more
- Run case actions and export case data

Hearings
The Hearings page lists court hearings across vendors. You can open a hearing to see linked cases, assigned attorneys, and hearing options.

Higbee organization features
If you belong to the Higbee & Associates organization, additional sidebar items may appear:

Settings (sidebar)
Administrators see a Settings submenu with:
- Email Templates — Manage reusable email templates
- Users — Invite and manage portal users
- Attorneys — Attorney directory and state assignments
- Procedures, Labels & lists, Automations — HATS configuration (org admins only)
Browser requirements
Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari). JavaScript must be enabled. For Microsoft 365 email and calendar features, you will connect your Microsoft account separately in Settings.
Session and security
- Your session stays active while you use the portal. If you are inactive for an extended period, you may need to sign in again.
- Never share your password. Administrators invite new users; self-registration is only available through an invitation link.
- If you see Access denied or Restricted access, your role may not include that feature. See Role Overview or contact your administrator.
