Intake Queue

The Case Intake page is the queue for new client intake requests. It is available to Higbee organization members only.

Open the intake queue

  1. Click Case Intake in the sidebar.
  2. The queue loads as a table of intake cases awaiting action.

Queue actions

ClaimTake ownership of an intake case to work it
DeclineReject an intake case that is not a fit
ConvertPromote a qualified intake to a full HACA case
View detailOpen intake details for review

Filter the queue

Use filters to focus on:

  • Status (new, claimed, declined, converted)
  • Vendor
  • Date received
  • Assigned claimer

Work an intake case

  1. Click a row to open intake detail.
  2. Review client information, debt details, and linked records.
  3. Claim the case if you will handle it.
  4. Add notes or update fields as needed.
  5. When qualified, Convert to create the full case.

Intake on case detail

After conversion, intake history may appear on the case Intake tab in case detail.
