Case Labels

Case labels (tags) categorize cases for filtering and reporting. Label features are available to Higbee & Associates vendor members.

View labels on a case

  1. Open a case from Cases.
  2. Labels appear in the case header or Details tab via the labels section.
  3. Each label displays as a colored badge.

Add or edit labels

If you have edit access:

  1. On case detail, find the Labels section.
  2. Click Edit labels to open the label modal.
  3. Select labels from the EAV catalog (multi-select).
  4. Click Save to sync labels to the case.

Labels update immediately in the case list filters after saving.

Filter cases by label

  1. Go to Cases.
  2. Open Filters.
  3. Use the Labels filter to select one or more labels.
  4. The case list shows only matching cases.

Combine label filters with status, vendor, and date filters for precise lists.

Label catalog management

Organization Admins manage available labels from:

Settings → Labels & lists (/hats/eav)
