Finding Cases

The Cases page is your starting point for most work in Raven Portal.

Open the cases list

  1. Click Cases in the sidebar.
  2. The page loads a paginated table of cases you are allowed to see.

Your visible cases depend on your role and vendor assignments. See Role Overview.

Search for a case

  1. Use the search field at the top of the cases list.
  2. Type a client name, case identifier, phone number, or other searchable field.
  3. Results update as you type (debounced search).

Tips:

  • Use specific identifiers when you have them (case ID, account number).
  • Clear the search field to return to the full filtered list.

Filter cases

Expand the Filters section to narrow results:

Advanced filtersAdditional field-based criteria
  1. Set your filter criteria.
  2. The table refreshes automatically.
  3. Clear individual filters or reset all to start over.

Case labels filters are available to Higbee & Associates vendor members. See Case Labels.

Sort and paginate

  • Click column headers to sort where sorting is enabled.
  • Use pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages.
  • Adjust rows per page if the control is available.

Open a case

  1. Click any row in the cases table.
  2. You navigate to Case Detail for that case.

Export from the list

If export actions are available on the list page, use them to download case data for reporting. Case-level export is also available on the detail page.

Cannot find a case?

  • Confirm you are searching the correct vendor scope.
  • Ask an administrator if you need vendor access added.
  • The case may be closed or restricted — check filter settings.
