Consent to Communicate (CTC) Overview
Consent to Communicate (CTC) manages approval before communicating with vendor partners about a case. The CTC area is in the sidebar as Consent to Communicate.
Who can access CTC

CTC workflow
Create request → Pending review → Accepted or Rejected → Vendor mail (if accepted)
- Create — Staff submits a CTC request with case and vendor details.
- Review — Higbee org members accept or reject the request.
- Vendor mail — After approval, compose and send vendor communication from the CTC record.
Open CTC
- Click Consent to Communicate in the sidebar.
- The list shows requests with status filters (pending, accepted, rejected, etc.).
List actions
- Filter by status, vendor, attorney, or date
- Search for specific cases or request IDs
- Open a row to view detail and take action
- Create a new CTC request
