Review CTC Requests

Higbee organization members review pending CTC requests and accept or reject them.

Who can review

  • org_admin
  • org_user

Review permission requires Higbee & Associates org membership (canReviewCtc).

Review a pending request

  1. Open Consent to Communicate.
  2. Filter by Pending status.
  3. Click a request row to open detail.
  4. Review case, vendor, attorney, and request notes.
  5. Choose Accept or Reject.

Accept a request

  1. Click Accept in the review modal.
  2. Confirm acceptance.
  3. Status changes to Accepted.
  4. Proceed to Vendor mail composition if communication is ready.

Vendor mail after acceptance

  1. On the accepted CTC record, open Vendor mail.
  2. Select an email template if applicable.
  3. Preview the message.
  4. Edit content as needed.
  5. Send.

Reject a request

  1. Click Reject in the review modal.
  2. Select or enter a rejection reason.
  3. Confirm rejection.
  4. The submitter can view the reason on the CTC record.

Notifications

Org admins may configure users on the all-CTC-notify list to receive notifications for new CTC requests. Admins manage this from the user detail page in Settings → Users.

Best practices

  • Review within your team's SLA for vendor communications.
  • Document rejection reasons clearly for audit trails.
  • Verify case and vendor match before accepting.
