Hearings List
The Hearings page shows court hearings across vendors in a searchable, filterable table.
Open hearings
- Click Hearings in the sidebar.
- The list loads with upcoming and past hearings you can access.
Search and filter
Use available controls to narrow the list:
- Search — By case, client, hearing ID, or location fields
- Date filters — Upcoming vs. past, date ranges
- Vendor — Limit to a specific vendor (when applicable)
- Status — Scheduled, cancelled, completed, etc.
Understand the table
Typical columns include:

Click a row to open Hearing Detail.
Case-level hearings
You can also view hearings for one case:
- Open a case from Cases.
- Click the Hearings tab.
- See all hearings linked to that case.
Permissions
Most authenticated users with case access can view hearings. Assigning attorneys requires Higbee org_admin or org_user — see Assign Attorneys.
