Client Approvals
The Approvals section includes a queue for reviewing pending client enrollments.
Open client approvals
- Click Approvals in the sidebar (defaults to client queue).
- Or navigate to
/approvals/clients.
View modes
Use the role toggle to switch views:
| View | Description | Who sees it |

| My clients | Approvals assigned to you | All org members |
| Client pool | Unassigned approvals anyone can claim | All org members |
| All clients | Entire organization queue | org_admin only |
Filter approvals
- Click the filter button to open the filter sheet.
- Filter by status, approval state, date, or rejection visibility.
- Apply filters — the table updates.
Review a client approval
- Click a row to open approval detail (
/approvals/clients/[id]). - Review client information, linked case, and enrollment data.
- Choose Approve or Reject.
- If rejecting, select a rejection reason from the catalog.
- Confirm your decision.
Bulk actions
When supported, select multiple rows and use bulk approve/reject from the table toolbar.
Recently decided
View history of past decisions:
- Open the Recent tab under Approvals (
/approvals/recent). - Review approved and rejected items with timestamps and deciders.
Tips
- Check Client pool regularly for unassigned items.
- Org admins use All clients for oversight and escalations.
- Refresh the list with the refresh button if data seems stale.
