Settlement Offers

The Offers page lets Higbee organization members browse and manage settlement offers across cases.

Access​

Available to Higbee org_admin and org_user roles (sidebar: Offers).

Browse offers​

  1. Click Offers in the sidebar.
  2. The table lists offers with filters for status, case, client, and date.
  3. Use search to find specific offers or clients.
  4. Click a row to open Offer Detail.

Offer detail​

URL: /offers/[offerId]

On offer detail you can:

  • View offer amount, status, and linked case
  • Read and update offer notes
  • Navigate to the linked case
  • Review approval status if applicable

Offers on a case​

  1. Open a case from Cases.
  2. Click the Offers tab (Higbee org only).
  3. See all offers associated with that case.

Update offer notes​

  1. Open offer detail.
  2. Edit the notes field.
  3. Save changes.

Notes help track negotiation history and internal commentary.

Offer approvals​

Offers requiring enrollment or user approval flow through the Approvals queue.
