Invite Users
Administrators invite new portal users from Settings → Users. Invitations send an email with a registration link.

Org admins exclusively invite Case User (client_user) and Attorney User (attorney_user) roles.

/users). - Click Invite user (or Add user).

/registrationwith the token. - They verify email if required, then sign in.
Resend invitation
If the invitation expires:
- Open Settings → Users.
- Find the user (pending status).
- Click Resend invitation.
Generate invite link
Some admin views allow generating a one-time invite link to share manually instead of email.
Role assignment rules
You can only assign roles at or below your level in the hierarchy:
- org_admin → all roles
- vendor_admin → vendor_admin, vendor_user, attorney_user, client_user
- Lower roles → progressively fewer assignable roles
