Manage Vendors

The Vendors page is the directory of vendor partner organizations. It is available to Higbee organization members.

Open vendors

  1. Click Vendors in the sidebar.
  2. Browse the vendor list with search and filters.

View vendor detail

  1. Click a vendor row.
  2. Open vendor detail at /vendors/[vendorId].
  3. Review vendor name, contact information, and configuration.

Create a vendor

If you have create permission:

  1. From the vendors list, click New vendor (or /vendors/new).
  2. Complete the vendor form (name, contact, support phone, etc.).
  3. Submit to create the vendor record.

Vendor context in other features

Vendor records appear throughout the portal:

Vendor admins

Vendor partner staff with vendor_admin role manage their own users but do not access this org-wide vendors list.
