Manage Vendors
The Vendors page is the directory of vendor partner organizations. It is available to Higbee organization members.
Open vendors
- Click Vendors in the sidebar.
- Browse the vendor list with search and filters.
View vendor detail
- Click a vendor row.
- Open vendor detail at
/vendors/[vendorId]. - Review vendor name, contact information, and configuration.
Create a vendor
If you have create permission:
- From the vendors list, click New vendor (or
/vendors/new). - Complete the vendor form (name, contact, support phone, etc.).
- Submit to create the vendor record.
Vendor context in other features
Vendor records appear throughout the portal:

Vendor admins
Vendor partner staff with vendor_admin role manage their own users but do not access this org-wide vendors list.
