Vendor Admin Guide
Vendor Admins (vendor_admin) manage portal users and templates for a vendor partner organization. Your case access is scoped to your vendor.
Your access
As a vendor admin you can:
- View and work on Cases for your vendor
- View Hearings related to your vendor's cases
- Use Consent to Communicate (CTC)
- Open Settings → Users, Email Templates, and Attorneys
- Invite users with roles at or below your level (vendor_admin, vendor_user, attorney_user, client_user)
You cannot:
- Access Higbee-only features: Case Intake, Offers, Approvals, Tasks, Vendors list
- Configure HATS procedures, automations, or label catalogs
- Invite org_admin or org_user roles
- Assign case user assignments on cases (org admin only)
Common tasks
Invite a vendor team member
- Go to Settings → Users.
- Click Invite user (or equivalent action).
- Enter email, name, and select a role (vendor_user, vendor_admin, etc.).
- Select your vendor scope.
- Send the invitation.

Manage existing users
- Open Settings → Users.
- Search or filter the user list.
- Click a user to view details, change roles, or deactivate access.

Customize email templates
- Go to Settings → Email Templates.
- Create or edit templates used for vendor communications.

Work cases
- Open Cases and filter by your vendor if needed.
- Open case detail to review information, add notes, or upload files.
- Use CTC when consent is required before vendor communication.

For Higbee org features (intake, approvals, HATS tasks), contact your Higbee Organization Admin.
